The exchange of experiences is a key tool in the development and implementation of Rural Development Programs, as well as for strengthening ties with other groups that share interests or for launching inter-territorial cooperation projects. Facilitating thematic exchanges between the various groups involved in rural areas allows for increased participation among stakeholders and the effective implementation of rural development policies, laying the foundation for establishing a framework for relationships between them in the medium and long term.

The ODISSEU project is a LEADER cooperation initiative of the Catalan LAGs. It aims to raise awareness of the opportunities rural areas offer for young people, enabling them to develop professional projects there. Through various activities, entrepreneurship is fostered, improving employability and connecting companies with talent.
