The CAP Network would like to invite you to the online presentation and promotion of the 2023 ARIA Awards , launched by the new European CAP Network .

The 2023 ARIAs are the successors to the Rural Inspiration Awards (RIA), which recognized the best examples of good practice in rural areas. This year's theme is "Boosting Skills for Agriculture and Rural Areas," as 2023 is the European Year of Skills .

Projects funded under the 2014-2022 CAP framework that demonstrate lifelong learning and empower people to support innovation and competitiveness will be highlighted.

APPLICATIONS can only be submitted through the PAC Network   by email at redrural@mapa.es until 07/31/2023 , therefore it is the entity in charge in Spain of selecting the best projects presented in each of the categories stated : competitive and intelligent agriculture, environmental protection, socioeconomic fabric of rural areas, and skills of interested actors in the rural environment.

The objectives of the day are:

1. Disseminate these awards among all stakeholders involved in rural and agricultural sectors to compile the best projects for submission to the European CAP Network.
2. Inform all attendees about the registration requirements, application process, judging criteria, phases, and the benefits of participating in the 2023 ARIA Awards.
3. Sharing experiences among the winners and finalists from previous editions, who will be able to explain their projects and share their experiences with attendees.
