Demo Day for the Food (Tech)2 Challengers technology promotion program, an initiative led by CNTA and funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food. The six startups participating in the 2023 edition of the Food (Tech)2 Challengers program will showcase the results achieved after six months of work alongside CNTA's R&D teams. We will learn firsthand about the advances made by Impact Upcycled Foods (Cofling), Levprot, Néboda, Wevo, Väcka, and Freeshakes in foodtech trends such as by-product valorization, preservation technologies, fermentation, vertical farming, and improved nutritional profiles.

Target audience : Entrepreneurs, corporations, investment funds and other relevant actors in Open Innovation in the Food Tech ecosystem.
