The National Rural Network, through its Management Unit within the General Directorate of Rural Development, Innovation, and Agri-Food Training of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food, is launching the "Access to Land" Focus Group.

We are sending you an invitation to participate in this multidisciplinary working group , which will include experts from a variety of backgrounds (aid systems for farmers, incorporation of young people into the agricultural sector, land markets, rural cadastre, taxation, statistics, land banks, etc.).

The objective of the Focus Group will be to discuss and analyze in depth the current situation and the main barriers to accessing land, which represent an obstacle to generational change and the incorporation of young people into the agricultural sector, as well as to jointly explore existing opportunities and possible practical solutions .

The first meeting of the Focus Group will take place next Monday, March 9, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Gran Vía de San Francisco, 4-6, 28005 Madrid. Room 7C.

The event is organized through the National Rural Network, which also arranges travel for attendees who require it.
