The main objective is for attendees to delve deeper into Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts , and its application regime in Local Action Groups (LAG).
Specifically, the aim is to provide a broad and exhaustive exposition of the objective and subjective scope of the Law, addressing the issues raised regarding its application regime on GALl and so that they can be identified within its framework in light of their characteristics and/or activity.
The course is aimed at both GAL managers and technicians, as well as the various elected members of their assemblies.
