Rural areas in Spain, which represent approximately 84% of the national territory and more than 16% of the population, experience a significant economic and social imbalance compared to urban areas.
To facilitate access to training in rural areas, the Ministry is developing programs that include specific aspects of interest to young people, the needs of innovation and digitalization, and the visible role of women in the workplace.
Information and documentation for all courses in the "2020 Training Plan for Rural Environment Technicians" are published on the MAPA website.
