Esperanza Orellana Moraleda, Directorate General for Rural Development and Forestry Policy. MAPAMA, presents the key elements of the aid , stressing that the PNDR allocates €57 million to the two measures (€11.3 million for the creation of operational groups and €45.7 million for calls for innovative projects) and that innovation plays a key role in developing the framework of the new CAP .
The new features of the General Considerations and Regulatory Bases for Operational Groups and innovative projects were explained, in addition to discussing the key aspects of the application, results framework, budget, possibility of modification, and other details and tools for those wishing to register for the 2018 Call for Innovative Projects (measure 16.2).
The second part of the day was devoted to Measure 16.1, for the creation of Operational Groups, explaining their Regulatory Bases and Call for Proposals and presenting the funds available for these grants and payment management systems (FEGA), the credits available for the calls, the periods eligible for subsidies, the payment schedule, and how these funds are justified, with or without an audit report.
