Included in the 2016 Annual Plan, the MAGRAMA's DGDRyPF Training Courses will be held from October 3 to 7 at the National Training Center in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid.
The Directorate General for Rural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAGRAMA) is convening the first edition of this training course, which will address the historical context of European rural development policy, its evolution and relationship with other European policies, as well as the implementation of rural development policy in Spain. A description will be provided of the main measures implemented to implement this policy, its characteristics, and requirements.
The course program includes a review of the results of the rural development policy achieved during the 2007-2013 programming period, as well as the status of this policy's programming during the current 2014-2020 period. Aspects such as monitoring, evaluation, and oversight of implementation are also included in the course program.
The course will be taught by professionals from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, and Food (MAGRAMA) and other departments of the General State Administration with extensive experience in the programming and implementation of European rural development policy in our country.
