Promoting equality, creating jobs in the sector, and respecting animals and the environment will be the aspects taken into account when selecting the best projects. Those that apply new technologies to produce their final product and invest in R&D will also be considered, considering the added value they bring to other industrial sectors, all without compromising the quality of the product.

Those who meet the requirements outlined in the rules and wish to participate must complete the fields provided on the form and send it to the email address generacionagro@cmmedia.es . The registration period is from November 23, 2017, to January 14, 2018.

If you wish, you may submit a descriptive report, photographs, and videos along with the registration form. Optional documentation must meet the format requirements indicated in the "Optional Documentation" section of the registration form.

In this new edition, two prizes will be awarded: a first prize of €6,000 and a second prize of €3,000 to the two projects with the highest ratings from the jury.

To participate, the following requirements must be met:

1. Be young professional farmers and/or ranchers between the ages of 18 and 45
2. Develop an agricultural and/or livestock activity in Castilla-La Mancha
3. In the case of natural persons, a farmer must be a jointly owned farm with a professional agricultural and/or livestock farmer, or a legal entity whose main activity is agricultural activity and with one of its partners who meets the requirements for natural persons. A farmer is considered to be a farmer whose main work activity is agricultural.
4. Professionals who develop activities aimed at improving the agricultural sector through product innovation and process improvement will also be eligible to participate.
5. Develop its main activity in the agricultural sector of Castilla-La Mancha.
