On March 30 and 31, 2016, the Government Delegation of Zaragoza will hold this conference dedicated to the forms of integration and cooperation of agri-food cooperatives in the stone fruit sector.

Organized by MAPA, the Government Delegation in Aragon (Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations), the Government of Aragon, and Agri-Food Cooperatives of Spain also collaborate.
The sessions will analyze the current situation of the Spanish stone fruit sector, covering, among other aspects, the possibilities of concentrating supply through producer organizations, tools for improving competitiveness and the functioning of the food supply chain, as well as instruments for promoting associative integration in the sector. Regarding agri-food cooperatives in the stone fruit sector, current and future challenges and models for cooperative integration within the sector will be analyzed.
