Within the framework of the Castilla-La Mancha Rural Development Policy Plan 2014-2020, at the initiative of the Directorate General of Natural Environment and Biodiversity of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, specific training sessions are being organized for the media on Forest Fires in Castilla-La Mancha.

Their purpose is to improve communication to society as a whole about forest fires, providing communication professionals with tools so they can carry out their work more accurately.

The contents will focus on:

• Forest fires, a growing emergency due to climate change in Castilla-La Mancha - contextualization
• Infocam Plan, device
• Forest fires: actions, risks, and organizational approach to dealing with these emergencies
• Practical example

Conference aimed at:

• Agencies and media
• Journalists in general.

One edition per province will be held between June 1 and 15.
