The Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for Ecological Transition has launched the Repuebla en Verde (Repopulate in Green) Program , which aims to contribute to increasing self-employment in rural Spain through socially innovative methodologies aimed at identifying the potential of target individuals and green employment opportunities in rural areas, improving their competencies, personal brand, and skills needed for their job search.
Who is it for? The program is aimed at unemployed people throughout Spain and has 15 places.
What does it consist of? The Repopulate in Green Program is a 31-hour training and mentoring program:
- In-person training: November 7 and 8 in Soria (4 p.m.); see schedule in the program . (Accommodation costs may be covered.)
- Remote group coaching from November 13 to 23, 2018: 10 hours divided into 5 sessions (2 hours each)
- Individual remote support from November 26 to December 20, 2018: 5 hours per recipient.
Innovative Methodology: Participants will receive training and mentoring in the use of innovative resume development and presentation techniques that foster empowerment and teamwork. These strategies will help participants differentiate themselves and better position themselves in the rural labor market.
