The Fernando González Bernáldez Foundation and EUROPARC-Spain are developing the project "Prioritization of Actions and Efficient Use of European Funds for Rural Management and Development in the Natura 2000 Network." This project is co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Biodiversity Foundation's employsverde program.

AIM

Improve the employability of workers in the conservation and rural development sector by providing training in identifying priority actions to be developed within the Natura 2000 Network and in accessing European funds.

Course objectives

  • Provide training to identify priority actions to be implemented in Natura 2000 territories
  • Train to identify and access the various European sources of financing

Recipients: Professionals and workers in the nature conservation and rural development sectors (agri-food, forestry, and tourism) in the following Autonomous Communities: Aragon, Castile and León, Castile-La Mancha, the Basque Country, Catalonia, and Andalusia.

Planned dates:   April 2–May 13, 2018 , Aragon, Castile and León, and Castile-La Mancha editions. Free registration.
