The first meeting of the National Rural Network Assembly of 2021 will take place on April 14th . This meeting, organized by the NRN Management Unit, aims to bring together public administrations, economic and social stakeholders, civil society representatives, and representative entities of the European Innovation Partnership that are part of the National Rural Network.
This meeting will address the strategic redefinition of the NRN, within the framework of the post-2021 CAP EP , and the elements provided for in the Regulations regarding the future CAP Network: new functions and elements. The actions promoted by the NRN since the last meeting held on May 24, 2019, will also be presented. These include the NRN's communication plan, the regional antenna program, and its work within the framework of the long-term vision for rural areas.
Furthermore, within the framework of this Assembly meeting, new nominations for membership in the RRN will be assessed and, if applicable, approved. Finally, part of the day will be devoted to a participatory process to generate exchanges among all those present and gather their opinions.
The RRN Management Unit handles the event organization and logistical coordination for attendees who require it.
To participate in the meeting, please register as soon as possible. The registration period closes on April 8th. Preference will be given based on the criterion of one representative per entity, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
The RRN is the meeting point that connects all individuals and organizations related to rural areas, with the goal of raising awareness and facilitating access to RDPs. It also aims to raise public awareness about the importance of rural areas for our present and future.
