Among the activities carried out by the National Rural Network is the preparation of studies and analyses to improve the quality of implementation of Rural Development Programs , and within this framework, it is developing an analysis of the implementation of LEADER during the period 2014-2020.

To prepare this report, the National Rural Network is gathering information associated with LEADER through surveys addressed to Management Authorities and Local Action Groups (LAGs). This culminates in workshops with Management Authorities, Development Networks, and Local Action Groups.

Specifically, on October 30, 2018, two Working Groups were held with GAL (morning) and with GAL Networks (afternoon), sessions led by Javier Esparcia, Professor of Regional Geographic Analysis at the University of Valencia.
