The National Rural Network is launching LEADER Experience Exchanges in the region, with the aim of directly connecting Local Action Groups (LAGs) interested in jointly implementing a cooperation project, to facilitate its implementation and preliminary organization.

On this occasion, the 8th experience exchange will be dedicated to the WOMEN, EMPLOYMENT AND TERRITORY PROJECT, and the ADRI Municipality of Vega del Segura will act as the host GAL.

This project aims to combine the capacities and efforts of participating GALs to advance the promotion of gender equality and sustainable development, through actions aimed at promoting the incorporation of women into development processes and fostering their employment and equal participation in all decision-making bodies.
