To celebrate and showcase the achievements of Operational Groups, foster networking and knowledge sharing, support the next generation of Operational Group projects, and incentivize transnational/cross-border Operational Groups, the Innovation Support and Knowledge Sharing Unit of the EU CAP Network | EIP-AGRI is organizing the conference "EIP-AGRI Operational Groups: Innovation in Practice." The conference will bring together the best of agricultural and rural innovation in Europe. The main objective of the conference is twofold: to highlight the successful implementation of EIP-AGRI through Operational Group projects as one of its key building blocks, and to learn from this experience for project implementation within the CAP 2023-2027 framework. The working language will be English, and interpretation will not be available.

This event will also take place alongside the presentation of nominees and the presentation of the EIP-AGRI Innovation Awards (more information at this link: 'EIP-AGRI Innovation Awards'). These awards are exclusively for operational groups and will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, as part of the convention program. The five operational groups nominated in each award category will be automatically invited to attend the Convention. Travel and accommodation expenses for representatives of the nominated operational groups (maximum two representatives) will be covered.
