This event is organized by the Subdirectorate General for Livestock and Game Production of the Directorate General for Agricultural Production and Markets, and the CAP Network of the SG for Agricultural Policy Planning, both part of the General Secretariat for Agriculture and Food of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food (MAPA).
Context and objectives of the day
Following the meeting of the Directors General of Hunting held in October within the framework of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, this conference is being organized around the interactions between the CAP's agroclimatic and environmental measures and game management. Its objectives are as follows:
- Understand the economic and environmental needs related to game management and the mechanisms that the CAP can provide to address these needs.
- To inform hunting operators and groups about the CAP measures that have a direct or indirect benefit on hunting ground management and hunting activities.
- To share the measures implemented by the various regional authorities regarding hunting activities, as well as their implementation and effectiveness in other autonomous communities.
Modality: The event will be held in person , in the auditorium of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries (Paseo de Infanta Isabel, 1, Madrid).
- The maximum capacity is 88 people .
