The course's objective is to provide a comprehensive overview of the context in which this policy is implemented, as well as the opportunities it offers through the various measures contemplated in rural development programs.

The course will be held at the CENCA (San Fernando de Henares) . Course participants will be able to use the dining service during that week (Tuesday through Thursday, inclusive), but not the lodging service .

The organization cannot cover travel or accommodation costs for participants.
