As part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food grant for activities of special interest to promote the role of women in rural development, the Association of Women of Agri-Food Cooperatives of Spain (AMCAE) will implement a program of actions in which social, economic, and technological innovation will take center stage.

The event aims to recognize and highlight the transformative role of women in rural cooperatives, promoting their full participation in the life and governance of cooperatives. Under the theme "Women Advancing: Protagonists of Change," key topics such as female leadership, gender-sensitive digitalization, and opportunities in strategic sectors will be addressed. Through presentations and spaces for reflection, the event seeks to inspire, connect, and advance toward a more egalitarian and sustainable cooperative model.
