As part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food grant for activities of special interest to promote the role of women in rural development, the Association of Women of Agri-Food Cooperatives of Spain (AMCAE) will implement a program of actions in which social, economic, and technological innovation will take center stage.
This National Day seeks to further highlight the fundamental role that women cooperative members play in rural development, not only from an economic perspective, but also from a social and environmental perspective, as active members of the social base and governing bodies of their cooperatives.
This event also represents an opportunity to learn about the various instruments and perspectives that the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) makes available to women in the sector, as well as to highlight the recognition of leadership, entrepreneurship, and good practices carried out by both women and men, as well as cooperatives committed to people-centered sustainability.
Date of completion: April 23, 2025.
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Venue: Reina Sofia Auditorium Theatre C. Los Molinos, 27 - 13630 Socuéllamos (Ciudad Real).
