As part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food grant for activities of special interest to promote the role of women in rural development, the Association of Women of Agri-Food Cooperatives of Spain (AMCAE) will implement a program of actions in which social, economic, and technological innovation will take center stage.

This event will highlight the key role of women as agents of change in rural areas, promoting active participation in their cooperatives and in the sustainable development of their territories. Throughout the day, key issues will be addressed, such as equitable access to economic and social services through proper time management, as well as the implementation of the CAP from a gender perspective, promoting the incorporation of women into the agricultural sector and strengthening the generational renewal essential for the vitality of our communities.
