Within the framework of the grant from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for carrying out activities of special interest to promote the role of women in rural development, the Association of Women of Agri-food Cooperatives of Spain (AMCAE) will implement a program of actions in which social, economic and technological innovation will take center stage.
The event aims to highlight and strengthen the role of women in cooperatives, raise awareness about integrating a gender perspective, and offer practical tools—such as the use of inclusive language and equality measures within the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). It will also address current challenges such as the impact of artificial intelligence, fostering participatory learning that promotes female leadership and encourages more inclusive and innovative cooperative models.
