Representatives of autonomous communities, rural development networks, MAGRAMA and the European Rural Development Network met at this second meeting, convened by the RRN
06/07/2016
During the second meeting of this working group, which began in November 2015, the participants reaffirmed their willingness to improve coordination on Measure 19.3 to facilitate the implementation of inter-territorial and transnational LEADER cooperation projects (between local action groups from different autonomous communities and countries, respectively). To this end, they agreed to continue working together on a common procedure that would be applicable to inter-territorial cooperation projects, and on a voluntary agreement to comply with common standards that facilitate coordination between calls for proposals and the harmonization of regulations.
To this end, they will benefit from the NRN tool, which will provide LEADER cooperation with a dedicated web tool that will enable improved communication and coordination between the technical staff of the managing authorities. It will also serve as a coordination platform during the various project phases, both for local action groups and for the managing authorities.
