Objective : To obtain objective results on the implementation of the first training program of the MAPA Competence Center and, thereby, introduce the appropriate improvements in the development of the next agreement and training program for 2022. Thus, it will be continuously improved, drawing on the experience of those involved in its implementation, who will contribute specific ideas for incorporation. Furthermore, the goal is to obtain first-hand information on the training needs of the sector, which will allow the development of a training program appropriate to the current situation of the agri-food sector.
