The objective of this conference is to present the Final Report of the Focus Group on AKIS Advisory Services. Ideas for Strengthening AKIS in Spain . This document includes an analysis of Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems to contribute to the debate on their strengthening and better coordination.

Key to this goal have been mapping the various actors that make up knowledge systems, studying the role of the advisor, and scaling up knowledge through generation and dissemination.
This document, published by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA), provides crucial information for defining CAP interventions for the 2021-2027 period and for designing AKIS governance . However, its usefulness goes beyond this, as the conclusions and recommendations contained herein provide a cross-cutting opinion from all stakeholders involved in the AKIS , essential for designing and targeting future actions for the agri-food sector aimed at improving its sustainability and competitiveness.
