The Campoder Local Action Group of the Region of Murcia will hold the second edition of RED on May 3 and 4 in the Plaza de las Comunidades Autónomas, located in Puerto de Mazarrón.

The event “ RED Mazarrón 2019: Tourism and gastronomy in rural areas ” aims to highlight tourism and gastronomy in rural areas.

RED, the acronym for “ RURAL: Meetings for Development ,” refers to the multiple facets that characterize the work carried out by Campoder in pursuit of the comprehensive, harmonious, endogenous, and sustainable rural development of its territories.

The meeting arose from the need to preserve and enhance heritage, both tangible and intangible, seeking a balance between conservation, enhancement, and its use as a resource for rural development. These are some of the topics that will be discussed at this meeting.
