“ACCESS AND USE OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES: CAP 2026 AND SHARED OWNERSHIP.”

AMFAR.- The Federation of Women and Families in Rural Areas, with funding from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food , is developing the RURAL WOMEN Program, protagonists of Rural Development, which is part of the line of subsidies to rural women's entities at the national level called by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for the 2025-2026 period, approved by Royal Decree 921/2024, of September 17.

This program aims to promote training activities that strengthen women's leadership in rural areas, encouraging their active participation in the economic and social development of their territories, as well as improving their working and living conditions.

Within this program, AMFAR has organized the “ACCESS AND USE OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES: CAP 2026 AND SHARED OWNERSHIP”, which will take place next Friday, May 22, 2026 in Santo Domingo de las Posadas (Ávila).

During this event, AMFAR is committed to ensuring that women know how to defend themselves against the digital environment that surrounds us, as well as how to make correct use of the new tools and applications with which we work regularly.

Betting on the effective incorporation of rural women into new technologies.

With this event, AMFAR promotes the support options available to women when entering the rural labor market, through the proper use and access to new technologies, and aims to reduce the existing digital divide in rural areas.
