The drought of the Quercus genus is causing enormous environmental and economic damage in the affected areas.

The Los Alcornocales Natural Park is no stranger to this problem, and in the last 20 years, the stands of this species have been seriously damaged by the presence of the pathogen complex.

During this time, various administrations have conducted countless studies and issued numerous technical reports, leaving property managers and the affected community at large with no clear idea of what the future holds or what measures they can take.

Therefore, the objective of these sessions is to make known the current situation, the expected evolution at a general level in Spain and in our territorial area and to analyze the measures that can be implemented by owners and managers in order to mitigate the advance.
