As part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food grant for activities of special interest to promote the role of women in rural development, the Association of Women of Agri-Food Cooperatives of Spain (AMCAE) will implement a program of actions in which social, economic, and technological innovation will take center stage.

The main objective of this workshop is to introduce women professionals in the agricultural sector to the knowledge and use of drone technology (RPAS). The aim is to introduce the technical foundations, types of equipment, sensors, and analysis platforms available, as well as explain the benefits, limitations, and regulatory requirements for their professional use. In addition, successful case studies and specific applications in precision agriculture will be presented, such as the detection of water stress, pests, crop phenological status, and soil mapping.
