SICampo will be inaugurated by Pedro Rollán Ojeda , President of the Senate of Spain, on May 8, 2026 at 12:00 pm .
The event will also be attended by the president of Alianza Rural, Fermín Bohórquez Domecq , the vice president of Alianza Rural, Alonso Álvarez de Toledo y Urquijo , and representatives of the various entities that make up Alianza Rural: National Federation of Irrigation Communities of Spain (FENACORE), Friends of the Countryside (FCS), Royal Union of Breeders of Fighting Bulls (RUCTL), Royal Spanish Federation of Associations of Selected Livestock (RFEAGAS), Royal Spanish Hunting Federation (RFEC), Artemisan Foundation, Association of Rural Owners for Game Management and Conservation of the Environment (APROCA) and Federation of Women and Families of the Rural Area (AMFAR).
This opening ceremony will mark the start of an event that will be held from May 8 to 10 and has become a benchmark for bringing the countryside closer to the city, highlighting the importance of the rural world and its essential role in our present and future to urban society.
