Within the framework of the grant from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for carrying out activities of special interest to promote the role of women in rural development, the Association of Women of Agri-food Cooperatives of Spain (AMCAE) will implement a program of actions in which social, economic and technological innovation will take center stage.
This event aims to recognize, highlight, and strengthen women's leadership in rural and cooperative sectors, within a context of profound social, economic, and environmental changes. It also seeks to emphasize the strategic role of women as drivers of innovation, sustainability, and social cohesion in rural areas, as well as to promote the opportunities offered by the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) to advance towards a more inclusive model, fostering generational renewal and equality. All of this will be achieved by creating a space for meeting, learning, and inspiration, where women in cooperatives can share experiences and strengthen support networks.
